Preparing for Surgery

A member of our registration team will be contacting you in about 3-5 business days prior to your procedure to go over the information from the packet your physician has given you. We will verify your demographic information and review your insurance coverage or method of payment, including your financial responsibility, such as deductible, co-insurance and/or copay if applicable. If it is more convenient for you to call us, the Registration phone number is 209-580-3400 and you may call anytime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Additionally, a nurse will be contacting you prior to your procedure to obtain information about your health history, including medications you are taking. Please have your list of medications, including the dose/frequency available. This will provide us with essential information that could make a difference in your treatment plan.

If your physician has asked you to obtain lab tests or x-rays, you will need to get them prior to your surgery. For your convenience, Precision Health Imaging and Health Care Clinical Labs provide services in our building.

Please bring your insurance card(s) and/or insurance information and any paperwork from the physicians office.
